Description:ThirdVoice 2000 is a free (thanks
to banner ads) tool with several nice features that can enhance
your Web browsing. It makes its presence known as a system tray
icon, a new toolbar in Internet Explorer, and a window that docks
to the side of IE. Each time you load a new Web page, ThirdVoice
quickly scans it and underlines words or phrases that have Websites
associated with them and creates active links. Results are shown
in the ThirdVoice docked window. The program also lets you express
opinions through inline notes on any Web page and read messages
posted by other ThirdVoice users. In addition, you may create
an open group for others to join, send a private note to have
a confidential discussion, and access a built-in search function.
Once the program is installed, you'll need to sign up for your
free ThirdVoice account.
