Whenever your phone is busy, the call is forwarded to Buzme's voicemail system. If you're logged into the software (from any computer), it also gives you a popup response dialogue, letting you know that there's an incoming call (with caller ID), and giving you the option to reply to, reject, send to voicemail, or take the call. Your local phone company will charge a small fee (amount depending on area -- the service is known by various permutations of "call forwarding no answer" or "call forwarding busy", if you'd like to check with your phone company before signing up) for the forwarding feature, but the basic Buzme service (including voicemail and instant notification)is free.
